Am from kerala state, Thrissur district, koratty panchayat ie 100 mtr away from NH47 , I am using this sim since its release
To be frank earlier jio sim was awesome only 4g network in ma area and I got 20-30 mbps speed during its testing period.
But as the customer increased, speed decreased gradually.3 months before I got decent speed but not upto the mark.
Last 3 months, network issues raised in ma area.no range inside ma home and outside ma home I am getting 200-400 kbps download speed which is very low as compared to other sim like idea, vodafone etc getting 1 mbps speed for its 3G network.
but strange about this sim is that am getting better speed when I reach close to NH47.but not higher than idea, vodafone etc.
Even if jio provides free net if u cant use that net then there is no use for common people.We complaint ed about this to jio customer service several times.Still there is no change.they are not considering this as a issue.
2 weeks before I switched to idea 4G which is giving me 3 months net for 397 Rs and free calling too.Really happy with their service am getting 2 mbps speed downloading speed.
IDEA 4G IS BEST IN MA AREA.
Jio sim we are facing calling issues too.After 1 month all will be switching to other networks
its high time for reliance to improve their network coverage, speed and customer service.If not all will be switching to other networks.
