Reliance Jio came to the market with a spreading news that it would change the telecommunication standard of India but after using it for 4 months, I can say- It is’ Great cry little wool’.
Talking about ’ network coverage’ even in Delhi you can hardly find a place where you can enjoy its so called ’4G service’. Though as they have said that they are in the process of improving it but the outcome is nowhere seen.
In terms of ’Customer Service’, Reliance has tried to simplify it and ehich is appreciable.In this section, I can say that Reliance has done many homework and it was being improved also.
Talking about ’Charging and Billing’, though Reliance has announced its ’New Year Plan’ and keeps the services free till 31st March but after seeing its announced plans it is looking attractive but the competition has been increased and the rival companies are coming with their own attractive plans.So, in this section it is- Wait and watch.
But why I dislike it solely for its bad network experience.
