I am sharing my experience with Jio services and I must tell you I am really satisfied.
When Jio started their offer, I generated bar code on my Samsung 4G phone. After few days, I went to collect the sim. It was showing as redeemed. I got really unhappy and tried in other phones. I went to the store and again they were showing redeemed. I dropped a email to the customer care department for which I got reply within 24 hours that they were working on it. They told me that it’s whitelisted and now I can collect my sim using same barcode. I went to the store .Again it was showing redeemed. I again dropped them email. This time someone called me and gave me a bar code number and also assured that if there is any issue I can call him from the store. I went to the store and the barcode that he gave also was showing redeemed. I called him from the store. He talked to the guy and gave him two three codes to try and finally hurrah I got my Jio sim. I am enjoying the free internet and calls. It’s great and the speed is so good. I am really happy.
