The Jio SIM, as noted earlier, is pre-activated as part of the enterprise plan. So to use it, all you have to do is pop it into a 4G phone. I put it in the Nexus 6P. I didn’t have to install any Jio app, not even my Jio app. The SIM works out of the box on the Nexus 6P. There are no settings to tweak, no toggles to change, no internet settings to install. It just works right out of the box.Android Nougat is available on only a handful of phones in the world right now, possibly less than a few million devices. It is very new and in India there won’t be probably more than several thousands of people using it. So, it is still not the priority for app developers. I have feeling that Jio team will patch its app soon to support the Nougat
