Network coverage is very good I m talking about coverage as I m in pune maharashtra network is always full on 4g
Talk abt call it’s worst never connects a single call but u got option of Internet call that work fine
About Internet service it good till u finish ur 4gb daily limit I get about 2mbps in pune but when Hotspot in on the other user doesn’t get speed.
Sms works fine no complaint
As its free so complaing is no option
Customer service are u kidding me worst in the industry I never got connect to csa till now worst
Billing and charges are impressive there no competition for jio about charges very cheap I mean 49 rs for 1 gb ur saving about 100 rs compared to other companies
