Having internet issues from last 15 days, 3 tickets already have been raised by me, 2 were closed as resolved, but without complete resolution to it. The last ticket is still open, an engineer was suppose to visit this morning 11:00 am and no one has turned up yet.
We made a bad decision subscribing jio broadband. My advice avoid subscribing to Jio broadband, ACT is much better in technology and way way better in customer support. If it was available, I would have given 0 stars.
