Hello. I am using Jio for last 5 months. Not doubt it gives the cheapest plan than any other network but it lags in network coverage. Before one year there was all costly plan for internet, calling and others which was a problem to recharge again and again for a middle class people or a student. But Jio has done a revolutionary changes in India.
Customer service of Jio is good. As I had some minor sim issue which they fixed in a small time after reporting.
Plans of Jio are just awesome. I don’t think till now no network has offered such plans nor they will.
I am using prepaid connection so I can’t comment anything about the postpaid service of jio.
I like all the thinks that jio does or will do. But its a request that is make your network strong. My net speed doesn’t exceed above 1 Mbps.
