Here the result of my speed test with JioFi with 4G Jio sim when signal strength was full(Green Bars on JioFi)

The upload speed is 4.90Mbps(Note the small b) and upload speed is 4.38Mbps.
Network coverage is satisfactory.
The data charges are cheap.
This answer may be a little biased at the time of posting since I live in a border town named Gurdaspur and there are only 5 Reliance towers in the town.
