If u got a low price product then just take it dosn’t matter quality.
So far this has happend with jio.
Number of Jio users crosses 10 crores.
Its really a big achievement for company but jio do not care about custmor satisfication as well.
40% of jio users are unhappy with its services & network.
Let me tell big cities jio custmors that you enjoyed a lot with jio but only you. In small areas or region with less popularity , jio doesn’t cover that areas with its netwrok well but company has its custmors in all over India.
Jio is not providing a good strength of its netwrok. Not talking about VOLTE but jio LTE users are not satisfied with its calling services also.
Other than calling itself , it is far from using internet.
But in popular cities such as metro cities , NCR - jio is very useful for custmors and users also take fully advantage of jio.
Custmors service is also not so good.
Usually there is no response on jio cust.service number not a supportive hand behind it.
Only 1 thing as I told you at beginning is low charges & billing.
Jio provides its services at very low prices.
It charges very low and reasonable rates than other companies.
A few fays back there was a problem about billing .
Jio sent bill amounts to some prepaid users too along with postpaids.
At present , it is going smoothly and jio users are increasing day by day.
