First of all who doesnt took a prime membership.then they should go for it.because jio will provides much better plans for you in future.
Network coverage .many people are telling me that.why are u using jio.jio is worst.it doesnt provide good speed.and its not reliable.and etc.
And I had also face that network problem in first 3-4 days.but believe me .after that 3-4 days.im using 1 gb daily.till now.
So where is the network problem.there is no network problem.there is the problem in our house that are covered so network doesnt comes.just go outside the home.and enjoy.
I have never faced network problem outside my home.
And the speed.? Speed is much better.now in days. I’m getting maximum 1mb/s and its enough.its nice.
Customer service is 24x7 online.whenever u want to contact customer service.then go to myjio app and select option of customer care.
Charges ? It was free.but now.its not free.they will get 99 rs. For giving us Jio Prime Membership.and after that.he will going to impress the customers by reducing the data plans.( as said mukesh ambani) not only internet.but they are providing free voice calls and video calls over VoLTE.
They provided all thing are free like Sms, hellotunes.etc
