JIO is a telecom service provided by Reliance Private Limited head by Mukesh Ambani.
JIO came into existence in September 2016, giving free unlimited call and data to it’s user till 31 December.
Before 31 december around 3 million user got connected with JIO. Due to such great Response Reliance make a new offer after 31 december that is happy new year offer where user get unlimited call and 1gb data till 31 march.
Network Coverage is bad when we compared to other tele provider companies.Jio has good network in the cities but there is no network in rural parts.
Customer Service is pretty good due to my JIO Mobile Application.
As the call and data is free so till now there is no dispute regarding charges and billing.
Advantages: Free Service, good internet speed in cities.
Disadvantage: only available in 4G, bad network in rural.
