Reliance jio services became very popular in India . Firstly it gives us a offer to enjoy free internet, call, SMS. then it release a new offer named’HAPPY NEW YEAR OFFER’ .Which give us unlimited data, unlimited calls, and unlimited sms . but these offer are not offer these are only a bait for user . In the beginning the network coverage of jio is very very bad, no a single call can performed by this connection . But now it improve but not so good . Free 4G internet is only a joke its speed is not like 4G connection it behaves like 3G .Sometimes its speed became like a 2G connection . 4G speed of this connection is only for 1GB after that speed became negligible . network coverage of this connection is very poor . Sometimes a whole day network is not seem in handset . Network connection is very bad due this bad network call drop, call crossing are occur regularly .I also use jio connection and experience very very bad . jio connection very disappointed me . According to me thes unlimited calls, data pack, sms are act like a drug which can spread in every one’s blood .Jio connection became us addictive of internet, call etc .It gives us a bad habit of internet . We became very addictive of this jio drug . this connection aiso give us a very bad customer services. When I call to customer care and complaint them about bad network connection, slow speed, etc . they always give answer regarding technical issue . in this way jio customer care hide the real matter . jio always says that the jio provide the cheapest internet connection in India this is totaly wrong some other connection company provide same plan with very great network coverage . According to speed and network the cost of plan is very very costly. Jio also give a prime membership of rupees 99 which is mean of income. I can not understand the benifit of getting this membership according to me this is totally waste of money Yes it is the really fact about jio connection this is very bad connection . Jio required many improvement especially in networkcverage and in speed of internet . So I does not recommended jio due to too many fauts and mistake
