I contacted recently with the customer care and even talked to senior manager but they didn’’t give any resolution and says due to more public speed is slowest. I am getting 20kbps to max 600kbps whereas same location Vodafone gives 500kbps to 1mbps range. So the question is why they are selling 4G if speed is not 4G. This is clear fruad to my knowledge when someone paying for 4G but not getting the speed. The worried part is who is responsible, do TRAI help or service provider or poeple. Network is even full 5 bars but speed is slowest.
