I ported from Airtel thinking Jio is much systematic but I am completely wrong. It said I had a pending payment which I cleared on the day I got the message. Now, JIO stopped my services saying "we have to check it with Airtel and you services will be on hold for 4 days".
Looks like JIO people will have to walk and go to airtel office to confirm since is has no signal to call airtel and ask. LOL
Some times when I wake up and see, my 50% data is already used because of which I will have to recharge with Rs 15 to get 1 GB add on data. Even if this happens to 1%(1L) of JIO subscribers everyday, JIO is earning Rs 15L just with this scam.
Customer support doesnt know anything. Customer will have to call, wait for the IVR to connect your call to the executive and YOU have to guide the exec. on what to do. SUCH DUMB STUFF.
