Soo lets start our review . Some people only know that jio was actually launched in 2015 but on BETA and it’s launched only for reliance employees but it launched globally in may 2016. Jio was the only network in india with VoLte service plus affordable packs . and this was enough to tackle whole telecom industry .
Jio’s network coverage is really good tho . it even captures town and low populated are where BSNL still can’t even reach but yes it doesn’t mean jio is very good network no it doesn’t. Affordable prices are not the only thing the people want. They want much more. People want transparency in network in which jio has failed miserably. I’ve complained about low speed problem back in december and jio office and customer care said that they will install 1 more tower in my area .
The next day I got a call from jio’s office and they said that I was right about low speed in my area and they were aware of it and they said they will install a tower in my area so isat calm down and guess what still the problem is not solved and I changed phone also cuz I thought probably my phone’s hardware was not enough for jio requirement and after buying new phone also the problem is same . nothing is solved. and I have called customer care many times but no solution from them . so I guess I don’t have to say anything regarding jio’s customer care .Jio’s customer care is seriously very pathetic . I will switch to airtel when my plan will be over . Guyz never go for a cheap things. sometime’s spending a lil more money gives u good service and good thing. but yes I accept that coverage of jio is really awesome and I thank to them for that. And there’s one more plus point too about jio and i.e. their call quality. Call Quality is seriously really very good. No other network have that much better call quality like jio. And nobody can’t even match them I don’t think I have to say anything else too I think I said everything about coverage, internet speed and call quality.
