I have really horrible experience with relaince jio.
1) Frequent network fluctuations, and poor signal strength.
2) Very slow speed ( max.-250 kbps)
And when I called to report the issue, I couldn’t reach the customer care for long.When I got connected with the advisor he was not able to solve my issue he can just raise a ticket but still problem is not solved till now after months and whenever I call them again they say your will be solved after some days.It takes almost an hour to download a 1GB file.
