1.Jio network is pathetic. Along with net even the network of jio is lost every 10 mins. the 4g speed is so worst that even a speed test on TRAI app is not completed. The TRAI should come in support of the people as they had promised 4G speed but they are even able to give 2G speed. They should ban jio and fine the company for fooling people.Jio Internet speed is worst. Too slow can’t even surf anything in YouTube. I think they restricted my usage. They where saying it will be resolved only in next month. Worst network don’t go for jio
- I bought a jiofi2 router 3 days before and it’s giving me 65 mbps speed but they promised on their website that i’ll get 150 mbps download speed.i registered complaint to customer care they said within 48 hours i’ll get solution but after 48 hours when I did contact to them they said it will take 45 days to resolve.I’m feeling like robbed.where should I complain and how i’ll get my money back.
3.Quality of calling is good but it always says the number u have dialled is currently busy please call again later.
Why? When noone is busy.
Please fix this issue very shortly.
Very bad experience with calling service.
This Reliance JIO advertising very much and seeing that when people are taking sim or porting from other networks. They are highly regretting.
In today’s world Mobile Phone is very important. But, after taking Reliance JIO many people facing issue to receive EVEN incoming calls. Outgoing calls to always showing busy.Whereas if you call from other networks, you can easily call.
So, this worst JIO from Mukesh Ambani looting the nation and causing lot and lot of inconvenience to the citizen of India.
What is the use of this ugly JIO service when you cannot receive incoming call. If you are in emergency, you have to end.
Because, there are many and many people complaining against this worst service.
I took ported took JIO and even after having latest 4G mobile phones. Unable to receive calls most of the time.
Even if calls able to receive that is like old radio sound. Nobody able to hear properly.
You take any sim in this world. But, you cannot see such a pathetic sound like this Reliance JIO.
I have also contacted one dealer who put JIO board. Dealer itself says there are lot of corruption going on. Sims are being sold in black.
Even after customer paying too much, they are not even getting 1G service. Forget about 4G
So, telecom department immediately BAN this JIO. Until they make their system perfect. Do not allow.
If department is not corrupted they should be able to check what’s going wrong.
