Oh God, don’t ever trust this company and their entire team of looters. They only know how to loot you and leave you bleed. We had many experiences and this is the latest with worst of them. Unfortunately we have no better options than this bloody company. When our company shifted, to a new office just within a km distance we wanted to shift our existing connections also. ACT fibernet got shifted in the same day whereas this bloody company Jio said they have no option to shift but to take new connection which is not correct. After applying new connection and collecting the payment in advance, they did not turn up for the installation and no proper response as well despite several calls to customer care and follow ups. Don’t know what to do as its been a week long and still no update or action from them. If we had chance to meet any of their team, we will spat at their face for the kind of cheating the customers. Shame of Ambani and his entire cheating family.
