I have been using Jio before it’s launch to the general public as I got it from a relative who works with Reliance. They did have some issues with calling at the beginning; however, they resolved it and turns out that most of the issues were due to the competitors not providing interconnect points. Jio is currently the best in terms of internet speed and their infrastructure is also future proof. I think they do take customer feedback very seriously as I was not getting network coverage in a particular area and after I called them(and I guess due to many other people’s feedback) they have started to build a tower in that area. If you’re looking to switch your current mobile operator, go for Jio. Thank you for your time.
