Hey, Guys I’m using Jio Sim Which was offering a free data to the users since about last two months and peoples accessing a data and enjoying free calls(Both Local, STD) and never mind that network is slow or not strong because they give FREE everything to the user but now we are paying the amount of Data as well as for calling but still the network is not so strong as we expected.
At my room network failed properly and when I go to the balcony network goes to the high(about 87KB) and give a good speed but in the room network has properly gone and no speed of the data( 0.02KB).
Customer service is quite good but they give only comfort to us that Network will be well soon.
we will plant more 1 lacs tower for better networking.
Charges is too good as compare to other ISP companies like Airtel, Idea, Vodafone etc. because they recover high charges for data and calling, but now they are also in the queue of good plans for service.
