Today I am going to review an telephone service provider Reliance Jio. When Jio was launched last year before demonetization then it shocked the mobile service provider that how some do like that. The calls were free and internet was also free. It has given heart attack to major service providers in India like Airtel, Vodafone etc. The calling quality was no doubt phenomenal at the starting of the program but as more and more people starts joining the program the quality of the calls starts degrading quickly. It is also true for internet speed also. When it was launched the speed was amazing truly 4G speed was coming but joining of more people has degraded its speed significantly. Now the situation is the call drop out rate is significantly higher on Jio then any other service provider, First the call won’t get connected and if you are lucky after 5-8 tries you manage to call someone then it will get disconnected after 1-2 mins that is frustrating. Because Jio program launching all those people who never had a 4G phone purchased 4G phone so that they can use jio service but now they are regretting it and consoling themselves that atleast they have a 4G phone. Network of Reliance jio is degrading on a daily basis and I am not at all satisfied by the service of Jio. Moreover customer service are also not good most of the people don’t know what they are talking about. Charges are free so I guess full marks for that to Jio but overall experience is bad. Hence not recommended.
