Network Coverage: Jio network coverage in Kolkata is pretty Good and currently as a jio user am not facing any issues regarding call drop.
Customer Service: Jio customer service is decent, Because of its free usage till 31st march 2017 customers didn’t actually bother to call Customer Care of Jio.
Charges and Bill: Jio prime membership of Rs.99 is so nice and cheap in terms of other companies till now. Non prome members will get 2.5GB 4G data by recharging Rs.303 from 1st of Aprill 2017. But Jio prime memers Will get 1Gb per day 4G data(28 Gb in a month) by recharging Rs, 303 every month.
