THE PUSHING CUSTOMER SERVICE OF JIO

Hello everyone I again welcome you to my page.This is about my experience with jio customer care yes.It was 17th of dec my internet speed barely got down for that day. I thought that it would be some defects of the network which will be resolved. But it lasted for a week.Then I started calling jio. They said that it will be resolved within 1 week. But no. Again I was disappointed I called and called andi get the same result. At last they shut me up by sayingThat it will take 2 months as they are implanting a new tower. Goosh who care for it.I was just screwed up. Again I did nt lose my patience I waited in this time I forwarded many calls but the same. At last it was 15feb I again called and ask I can’t see any improvement in network bcz it is not the fact that suddenly my network would improve it will certainly show some indication. I asked and they just break my hopes and patience they atlast told that in my area network coverage is limited. I just have little faith on their customer service. So I think I have done right by sharing this experience.If u also face this type of customer faults feel free to shareAs we consumers are the at the top most priority of any productThank you all
