Jio is a company started last year by Ambani. First I would like to say that some people might me frustrated about the reduction of gb’ s from 4 to 1 this year. I would like to say that that this is a free network so any given is taken as a plus only . A great plan to attract customers and it also jobs to many jobless people which is great.
Now speaking of the network coverage last year at starting the network coverage is not good to be honest, many call drops no call going like that problems are there for a month to two.But after that they really improved the percentage of call drops are hugely decreased and then the network and the coverage is good too.
The network speed that is the data is not bad for free.
the charges are free too till march 31 2017. but don’t worry after that too the bills for talking can be done for 19 per month which is really cheap
the customer service is they have many showrooms across many cities and the service is good except for sim recovery they take a time higher than other network providers.
Overall for a free service now it is good only.
