I used Jio for 6 month and now I am not using it. Jio is average service provider I think. Maximum people love it because it is free.
Pros-
1) There is no word for its charge, because it gives cheapest service.
2) It gives 4G high speed internet and VOLTE service.
3) Customer care is good enough.
Cons-
1) Network coverage is great, but quality is worst.
2) I can’t Trust on internet service, It rapidly flactuates. I don’t recommend Jio for personal use.
3) Till now vodafone is best for communication, not JIO.
4) Can’t contact Jio easily.
5) It downs the whole telecommunication service and quality. Before coming Jio the network was very good, but now it becomes competition on quantity not quality.
6) VOLTE handset consumes more battery, and Jio only works in VoLTE.
Finally, Jio itself does not give better service and compete with others and other network is downing. Thanks for watching my review.
