I long term user of reliance Jio, I had 3 sims of jio when it not launched officially in market. Initially the speed of 4g was excellent both at my office and home.
But actual problem starts when they start charging to customers, I recharged all my 3 sims with 3 month plans but after one month data speed getting down and down even after few month data speed become worst at home poor than 2g.Although good speed at my office location.
But at my home if I want to download anything or keen to surf internet I have to go outside. I observe with same problem with multiple devices. So I contacted to jio care , I literally tell you the people sitting in jio center are not aware of anything, they are only puppets who give you feeded answers only - like we are upgrading towers and issue will resolve in some time, but the time come till date and networks gone worse and worse.
I have also complained multiple times but not get any resolution till date.
I personally not recommend jio to anyone.
