Reliance Jio was launched in the month of September by Reliance Telecom in order to expand their 4G coverage across India. It proved to be a boon for every youngsters of India as it was free of cost and gave a facility of unlimited 4G voice call and internet till December 31st along with other jio services like Live tv, music, magazines, messages, mugs and stories.
But the network coverage is below par in many areas as it doesn’t cover it full access of calling in most of the areas and also have a very low speed.
As Jio don’t have any customer care number so it can’t be told write now whether its service is good or bad but certainly satisfactory with its benefits.
As of now and till March 31st JIO will not charge anyone if you are a prepaid customer and after that the billing will star its procedings. I will recommend not to use JIO as its network coverage is not reliable and can be a big problem in case of emergency calling .
