Good internet connection during these hours.Customer Service of Jio is also not good.When you call the customer care you have to first wait for minutes to get your call connected to the customer care executive & the executives also don’t give satisfying answers.At first when jio came into the telecom market it offered unlimited free data & voice calls.But as the days passed it came with a concept of FUP for data usage and unlimited voice calls remains free for Jio customers.Nowadays Jio is coming up with data plans which are getting costlier day by day.so my opinion is don’t buy jio connection if you are planning to use it for a long period of time because there is a strong possibility of it’s prices increasing more than current prices.
