I am using this network from the time it entered the market , I liked the network alot at the start but now its speed and all are reduced often . Now a days it works good occationally.Talking at a large scale yes it is good network like it brought the revolution in mobile networks but now a days I dong get any speed on this network , while contacting the service centre and asking the reasons , all they say to me is that yes we know you are sufferinh from this issue , it is due to we have a large customer base now and less network towers and they say we are working on putting more towers . when I ask them how much time will it take to be like before them they say we cant tell you exact time but what we say is we are working on this . this problem is been faced by me from a lomg time like more than 3 months have passed . God knows when will the quality improve else I will shift to airtel soon
