I am very disappointed with the service. The way they are providing Internet speed, if I want to download a movie then I have to wait 2 days for completion.
There was a big announcement that, Jio has highest 4G speed ever, they have fiber cables.
What yaar, I never get network inside my home. And if I want to get some important calls then I have to wait outside. Now this is not fair.

Network - Jio network is useless, whenever I don’t get Internet speed or network I can’t do anything. So@st thing I use to do after getting network is to call Customer Care but I never got their Line. Everytime not connecting.
And if by mistake it connects, they use to give me very beautiful answer.
That sir in your area Jio network is npt available or low acha
So they want me to change my home or sell my home?
Now what is the use of Fiber Cables, you can’t provide signals in city and talking about jungle and hills.
Customer service - They are like Everest peak point, always not reachable.
Charges- charging me 400 without service.
Seriously I just want to know why there is no network iny area?
