I switched to jio 2 yeras back in December. Firstly as it was completely free I enjoyed it a alot but many people were in confusion that they should switch to jio or not. The network at that time was great where I lived and the net speed was great. But after april as the charges begins the network at my place just got disappeared as there was no network and the net speed was also very bad. I made a complaint to the company many times but the company made an excuse that they are situating the tower near me and for about a year or more there were many problems. At last two months back the tower got started and the network was in full swing but the net speed is very bad where I live but the calls are very good and the network issue happens still. But one can trust jio if there is full network over there place and make a decision wiseely.
