Have been using Reliance Jio connection during my vacations in India for the past few years . Every time the call connectivity has been extremely poor with frequent call drops lack of clarity and lost incoming calls. There were additional issues like incompatibility with certain phone models, need for installing calling app, Compulsory use of primary slot in dual sim phone etc as well Still was somehow carrying on with the same sim because of the amount of data offered at low cost with decent speed. But to add to the distress of dropped calls, this vacation with jio connection was further complicated with a sluggish internet connectivity. Contacted the customer care team -Got a reply that the coverage is weak in my area( that too after many to and fro calls). The speed remained the same when tested in many other places- In nut shell, never a repeat trial with Jio . Good bye . Even this review took 20 minutes to post- You could imagine the speed.
