Here I am sharing my experience with Reliance Jio. I have been using this sim since 2016.
For the first 3 months it worked really well. Then I started facing issues with this sim. At the time of my purchase it’s a free of cost. After finishing free cost plan, I recharged with some amount.
Intially the speed of the data is good. But, day by day the speed is reducing and mostly the calls are not connected to any network. It mostly says All lines are Busy.
Now the data rates are too high as compared with other networks. It suddenly increases the data plans. This made the customers to change other networks.
The signal strength is too low in my area. I have made complaint to the customer care. But till now there is no response from them. The main problem with this sim is, automatically downs the signal strength. Sometimes even signal strength is high, the speed of the data is not up to the mark.
Regarding this issues I made complaint to customer care several times. There are not even solved my issues till now. This is the worst network I had seen.
So, I am requesting everyone don’t join this type of network. Hope my review would help. Thank you: -)
