I am using reliance jio from 6 months. when jio is launch.
we paid 4g data very costly. now every thing like calling, data, sms, free just because of jio.
Reliance Jio network coverage is best as compare to other telecome network.
but customer survice is very poor. customer service take a lots of time
Jio net is super fast. no any problem in using in net service. but calling service is very bad. Many time call will not be connected. But Now the calling is Better than before.Its free of cost upto 31 DEC 2016.After that also the data cost will be as much as low when compareed to other networks it is probably Rs 50 for 1GB. I Have a hope that in future the customer service will be very very good.
Over All I am Feeling Happy For using RELIANCE JIO.
