Reliance Jio is the latest and leading 4G telecom company. Due to their welcome offer they offered which was absolutely free at high data rates and speed, jio got a huge fan base and custumers initially.
Later on when the welcome offer period came to an end, Mukesh Ambani CEO of Jio came upon with a new offer that was summer surprise but eventually their was a conflict between telecom operator where TRAI denied to allow this free offer and thus Mr.Ambani found a new way out.
He decided eliminating the word free and offer from his new idea. Now the company is gaining huge popularity and many customers are being diverted to Jio platform for thier awesome offers.

Free Calling in every plan they offer.
Customer service after usage is great and appealing. They provide you solution for every problems and available 24X7. In cases there is no support for other telecom operator, this does not happen for Jio.
Network in most cities is strong enough to offer 4 to 5MBPS speeds and villages too covers better network works fine with calling and 1MBPS of speed.
Billing in terms of Jio is almost free when compared to other telecom operators but still you have a pay. 309₹ for 3 months that to 1 GB per day and free calling is neigligible.
