I am totally dissatisfied with the service of reliance jio, the networks are extremely slow .
In rush hours like evening 6 pm, I can’t even use the whatsapp normally and the overall speeds are also damn slower. Plus it is available for only 4g handsets which is a very poor deal because a lot of 3g phone users are still in this country.
At night the speeds are slightly better but still not as good as I expect .
Comparing it to the other service providers like airtel I greatly feel that jio needs lots of improvements . and most of the apps of reliance jio are not upto the mark and satisfactory .
I recommend you to go for airtel rather than this shitty service .
Plus nowadays it also imposed charges to call other non jio users which is actually not good from the perspective of customers.
Please avoid using this service is all I would like to conclude here.
