Me and some of my friend booked 5 jio sets and we the alloted center for delivery the set is computer world located in area apsara bhopal madhya pradesh , when I go to collect the phone the shop owner ask me to pay 1500rs more instead of 1153 when I ask her that why should I pay mote she told me that you have to recharge this phone by r/s 499 instead of 153 when I denied she refuse to give my phone and tell me that your phone is not their I give that phone to some one else, after a log time she agree to give my phone and demanding to pay r/s 50 extra per phone when I ask that why should I pay 50 r/s per set more than she start shouted on me nd told me that get put from here do whatever you want but I don’t gave you that phone, I don’t how a person from such a reputed company should talk with customer like this, her behaviours is pathetic nd rediculos, just becoz she is a lady I get back to my home without taking a single phone from their. but after posting the whole thing on jio official page on facebook nd chating with customer care I dont get any responsible reply from the side of the company.
