I have been deprived of recent announced offers from Jio. What happened with me is unjustified.
My Jio plan validity was till 10 Nov 2017. During last 20 to 25 days I was burdened with so many messages from Jio saying that .Your plan for Jio no. 7003420611 will expire on 10-11-2017. To avoid STOPPAGE of services, recharge IMMEDIATELY with Rs.399 plan today and enjoy 1GB high speed data/day and unlimited calling benefits for 70 days.
As a result I have recharged with Rs 399 plan 2 days before i.e. on 8th Nov. But the very next day or 2 days Jio announced an offer ’Triple Cashback Worth upto Rs 2599’ only for those who will recharge on and after 10th November. I was not given the offer.
My plan was ending on 10th Nov and I might have also recharged on 10th and I would have been eligible for the offer.
Now my question is. did I do anything wrong or harm to Jio by recharging 2 days before the last date? Whom will you give extra benefit, one who gives you money 2 days before the last date or one who gives you money on last date? Jio giving extra facility to them who recharged on last date and not giving any facility to them who have recharged 2 or more days before the last date. Is not it ridiculous?
