Me and my friend bought this device for our own 2BHK rented apartment in chennai.
While purchasing this device a jio agent told us that we could easily connect it from 5 pc’s and unlimited mobiles phones.
Now listen the truth-
When we started using it with a plan of 1499/- per month we are not getting that much speed that we expected before purchasing this device.
We are rarely getting 600-700 kbps speed by connecting four laptops only.
When it comes to mobile connectivity this device perform much better in compare with pc’s. and we all are easily getting 1Mbps speed simultaneously.
We mainly accessing internet in nights when we comming back from college but this device failed to gave us satisfactory results.we were struggling to access internet even upto 11 pm after that speed increase little bit.We thaught that we are only four so this device should be compatible for us.
After that we chaged our monthy plan from 1499/- to 1999/- but still we are getting the same results.
Unfortunately we switched our internet connection.
Customer support services of jio is good in compare with its services.
And from my point of view it should be better if you prefer jio mobile operator and there is no need for you to connect pc’s.
For pc’s connectivity switching network service provider is only way because if im getting this performance even in cities like chennai then what you can expect for small towns.
