I am here again to review a hotcake product named Reliance JioFi-2 wireless router. I am using this product from past two weeks, and it provides me an awesome experience. We are having certain advantages and disadvantages of it, which includes:
Advantages:
It is a device which comes along with battery so you no need to attach with your laptop or desktop or even to your power bank.
once you fully charge it, it will continuously run around 8 hours.
it is so much portable that you can easily carry it.
You can attach upto 31 devices to this wifi router. but it is feasible that you can only connect 10 or less device to get good browsing experience
You can also change the device password through IP address.
Calling feature. Yeah it is true. You can make calls through this wifi router using an app jio4voice that you can easily download from the google playstore and configure one of your device to this modem and enjoy free voice and video calling through your mobile phone no matter it is a 2g or 3g phone.
if you purchase it from jio authorized store, then it cost INR 1999 only. the other retail stores are selling it around 2500/- to 2900/-
8 you will get one year warranty on this device and 6months on accessories too.
- it is having one memory slot as well to store your data and use it as external storage device.
Disadvantage:
Speed is just equivalent to the 3g speed of Airtel or Idea network
The device is dedicated to Jio sim only, you can not use other 4g sim on it.
