I had bought JioFi 2 weeks back ever since then I have’t got a speed of even 2MBPS average speed which I am getting is 300 KBPS. I have tried all indoor-outdoor and multiple locations in multiple cities but max I could get was 1.4 MBPS. Why the hell are they calling it a 4G device when the speed is not at par with 2G even.
My money has gone into the drain and on top of that Jio slashed the price by another Rs 900. Is there any mechanism to get back the money?
I tried reaching their customer care but after 3 attempts of 16, 23 and 31 mins with no response, I had given up.
Tried taking help of some of my friends in Jio, they were also not helpful.
Overall a pathetic deal and waste of money!
