I am looking to buy the JioFi device to have a faster and cheaper option to data on 4G networks. I have tested the JioFi device in my village too, where the signal for Airtel is very bad. The streaming was really good and at no point, I had any buffering issue. This is what impressed me. I am yet a little bit skeptical about Reliance(i had a bad experience with the Reliance 500/- Mobile plan) and hence not really sure if Reliance will eventually "dupe" me.
I would like to get some feedback from any of you, whether Reliance is serious about servicing customers and will not eventually backtrack on it’s promise.
