Hi guys I purchased this device from my nearest reliance digital express outlet.I purchased this device only for reliance jio welcome offer.Other wise I don’t buy this cheap product.first of all if we talk about the internet speed.during launching of its 4G service the speed is about 1 mbps to 2 mbps .But after some month it doesn’t gives the 4G speed that is so frushtating.it gives only 150 to 250 kb per second of downloading speed in our area.some time the internet connection got disconnected automatically.if we talk about the product look wise the product is pretty good.But the battery backup of this product is very poor it gives only 2 to 3 hour of backup during using.After continuous using of device it heats too much.Every time the device is in charging more than using it .I tried to contacted customer to submit my complaint but they didn’t picked up my call therefore I will not prefer it to anybody to buy this product.
