We bought the Mifi device in unlimited 3 months scheme but after 2 days 2GB finished .
We went to Reliance digital they told us to contact Customer service to restart the service which is continously busy or nobody is picking the phone .
It is the same story with Reliance, no customer support at launch . They had the same problem at the time reliance communication launch and history is repeating again .
It is too complicated for any layman to understand .
Please do not buy JIO as it is waste of your time
