Jio phone is india ’s cheapest 4 g keypad phone . I ordered this phone for my Grandma as it is easy to use for her and it is keypad set too. But its quality is very low .
Its sound is like a Chinease Mobile .When it rings it is so loud . And when you picks the phone it seeems on speaker . over sound receptiption I did not like .
Jio networks are always shown in mobile but you calls anyone it cuts immediately Or showing busy .
Within 3 days charger was not working .i went off service centre continuesly 3 days but they said it was your mistake because it short circuited due to water touching . I was surprised .
It is available for 1500 rs in market with Charger phone. & headphones . but I wasted my money on it how can I imagine my refund after 3 years .
And now I put it for sale on olx due to low quality .
