The Reliance Jio Phone is best for those who bought this phone only for calling purpose, but not best for those wo bought this phone for all the purposes which is claimed by jio company. I have bought this phone about one and half months ago and from the very first week Jio Music is not working in my handset, and especially for this problem there is no any solution at jio care, keypad of this phone is also not working fluently. It also have poor battery backup and hanging problems. This phone also do not support the most required app of these days i.e. WhatsApp and Facebook. Good thing with this phone is it support Jio Tv, and jio calling facility.
The Jio Phone phone ha not full fill all the specifications given to us. Phone is only good for calling as it supports jio sim, otherwise it is only a box.
