Reliance jio phone, what can I say this mobile is totally worthless. This phone is fully worst keypad phone ever. I use this phone for around 20 days and I am now facing lot of problems. Fast battery draining , heating issues.
The phone network is very bad, the network ups and down, connectivity is very low. This is not good for a 4G connection. Phone camera front and back so very low quality. Battery is just 2000mah, which won’t even last for half a day. So there is no use of this phone battery. The phone has lot of battery heating problems, if you’re using this phone for talking in the phone for an hour the mobile starters to get heating and it is not safe to talk in mobiles when the phones are heating. Jio customer service is also not good. Most of the functions like jio musics and other apps not working properly. This phone looks good but is totally useless. Jio is offering 1 GB Internet birthday but I couldn’t find any specific usage of Internet in this mobile it’s not like any Android or iOS mobiles so the Internet usage is totally less where I can say that our 1 GB Internet is wasting everyday.
The phone has no full technical specifications As given in the description. So this mobile cost around 1500 and above in market, but it’s totally waste of money. if you are going to buy a mobile of keypad I recommend never buy this mobile. This mobile is not cost more than 500 bucks.
