I booked jiophone on 24th aug 2017, today its 29 sep 2017 and still I didn’t got my jiophone.
When I contacted customer they keep saying that on availability of jiophone you will be informed about the pickup date from the nearest store. It has been more than a month but I am not able to get my jiophone delivered. There is also no option to cancel my booking and get my money refunded.
I request you all to book jiophone on the availability, dont prebook it
