I am using this phone since Oct’17. I am eagerly purchase this phone to use it but Let me know you the problems what i’m facing during use it.
1) No warranty card, No user guide & No receipt for payments of Rs. 1500
2) Phone looks good but very heavy weight
2) Battery charging very slow and a low quality screen
4) Pre-installed Jio apps and no other apps installed like whatsapp, fb, twitter, etc.
5) No hotspot available
6) Phone is not working smoothly, slow software
7) Autolock system is not so easy to use
8) Terms & conditions for the phone is very complicated to understand
9) Minimum Recharge of Rs. 153 is mandatory
10) Service center is very bad for the phone, Even Customer care doesn’t know for the phone, they gave some other numbers to resolve the problems.
VERY UNSATISFACTORY PHONE IN THE YEAR 2017.
