My mother had brought this jio phone three months ago and started using this phone from the first day it is working as a slow tortoise after completing the data it does not work and the video call cannot made properly and for sometime it says the server is busy and if we call the customer care they says we will solve your problem with in few hours but it takes day and the downloading process tskes alot of time there are some other problem but they are so minute so I can't say these are the problem I have seen in jio phone
